I'm going to McCarthy labor day weekend with a newly minted Alaskan couple and would love to have a adventerous over 45yo lady join us so that I don't feel like a 3rd wheel. We are a fun little group with lots of laughs and this should be a great way to see how the other 5 of Alaskans live. You need to be able to do a bit of flat land hiking but nothing serious and we're not in any rush. The scenery at this time of year is quite spectacular out there so bring your camera and layered clothing. Pack lightly though as everything else will be provided for you. We're not camping out under the stars and have indoor lodging for nights. We smoke so please be smoker tolerant or a smoker yourself. I'ld lke to meet you and perhaps have dinner one night before the trip just to get to know each other a bit. Who knows where this might lead. This is just going to be an adventure and nothing is expectd nor infered by you joining in. Just bring your good attitude and some smiles and laughs and it'll be a good time had by all.
