Hello people of Alaska, I'm new to Alaska. I've been here for almost a week now and have finally settled in. The weather was absolutely beautiful when I first arrived, but has been raining ever since, I hope that's not the way it is here. As for me, I'm 29 years old, white male, in good shape. I am in the military, an Infantry Officer that's why I'm here in Alaska. I love the outdoors, and sports. I listen to all music except country, but I will listen to that as well if the person I'm with likes it. I grew up in North Carolina and went to college there where I earned a degree in Finance. After college I moved to Philadelphia and worked as an accountant for 5 years and realized that sitting behind a desk, looking at numbers all day wasn't for me, so I joined the Army, and I love it. I am looking for some fun and interesting people to hang out with and explore the wonders that Alaska has to offer. I have my own place, car, and a steady job, so that has to make me somewhat attractive, right? Right now I'm looking for friends, but if I meet the right person, I would be okay with that.
